Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition with original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

Final-sale items, clearance products, and hygiene-sensitive goods are not eligible for return.

Return Process

To request a return, please contact den273076@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
